Take a study break and watch Campus TV

If you’re feeling like you could do with a short break from study, then why not watch some of the Careers Service’s videos on Campus TV? OK, so it might not be quite as fun as watching daytime television, but it will certainly be more beneficial!

The Careers Service offers a number of videos through Campus TV on topics such as job applications, interviews, assessment centres and what it’s like to work for a small company. Some of our videos are only a few minutes long, whereas others last almost half an hour, so there’s something there to suit all attention spans. If you’ve got an interview or assessment centre coming up, or you would just like to prepare for the future, then watching Campus TV can give you a real insight into the process.

To watch you need to be on a University networked computer (e.g. one of the PCs in the IC or here at the Careers Service) and it might also be a good idea to have some earphones at the ready. Following the link below will take you to the Campus TV page of our website:

Click on the Campus TV hyperlink and then enter your University username and password when prompted. Once you’re logged in you need to select the ‘Video Library’ tab and then the ‘Careers’ folder. Then all that’s left for you to do is watch as many videos as you like!
